TR-420-36 Rake Center 3 1/2" x 35 3/4" Tube System Newel Post
- TUBE SYSTEM: The distance between the rake newels should not exceed 48".
- Use in the middle of a rake run of handrail to keep the spacing between the newel posts at 48
- Use with tube system
- Predrilled with 7 holes on opposite sides for simplified installation
- Use on stairs at 42-in intervals between the newels at the bottom and top of each flight
- Designed for stairways with 7-1/2-in rise and 10-in run (approx. 36.9°)
- Each newel post includes a 3/4-in x 2-in wood dowel for attaching the handrail
- Apply 3-4 coats of polyurethane finish for the best protection
