TR-410U-36 Rake Up 3 1/2" x 35 3/4" Tube System Newel Post
- TUBE SYSTEM: For stairs with a 34"-36" rake rail height, select the TR-410U-36 at the bottom of the stairway at the first floor. For 36"-38" rake rail height, select the TR-410U-39. If the stairway is open on both sides, two of these newels will be needed. See the Wood Linear Newel Applications chart at the bottom of this page for further information.
- Each newel post includes a 3/4" x 2" wood dowel (Dowel) for attaching the 684 Handrail.
- Use with tube system
- Predrilled with 7 holes for simplified installation
- Use on the first tread at the bottom of the stairway
- Designed for stairways with 7-1/2-in rise and 10-in run (approx. 36.9°)
- Each newel post includes a 3/4-in x 2-in wood dowel for attaching the handrail
- Apply 3-4 coats of polyurethane finish for the best protection
