Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Ground Shipping on orders Under 150lbs
  • Standard Freight Shipping on orders Over 150lbs *Please Call For a Freight Quote*

Exclusions: Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands 

Shipping Arrival Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days after shipment

Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to any address in the contiguous United States (PO boxes excluded), Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands. If you place an order that is going outside the contiguous United States, you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping charges. Please note any taxes, duties and/or any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered in our shipping charges.

Shipping Confirmations

You will receive an email(s) with tracking information on your order once it has shipped. 

Shipment Refusals

Any shipment that is refused upon delivery will incur a 25% return service fee along with a deduction of return shipping charges from your refund. 

Product Backorders

Most in-stock orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Occasionally, items are out of stock and are placed on backorder.

  • We'll notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement if any products are backordered and an estimated lead time for those items to ship.
  • If backordered items have not shipped from the manufacturer warehouse, you may request to cancel the order. Please keep in mind, items that have already left the warehouses facility will be unable to be cancelled and will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 
  • If you would like to cancel a back ordered item, please contact us as soon as possible. 
  • To avoid back orders, you can contact us to check stock on a specific product prior to placing your order. 

Missing Shipments/Products

  • Deliveries from carriers are left in/at a secure location at your shipping address provided at checkout. All orders are shipped without a signature required. Once the shipping company drops your package at your specified location and provides us proof of delivery, it is your responsibility to secure the package.
  • If your orders tracking number shows delivered but you have not received your package or if your package has been received and is missing products, please make sure you do the following before contacting us…
    • Confirm delivery with the person who signed for the package (if applicable)
    • Check with other suites/departments/neighbors to be sure they have not received the package
    • Check to be sure that there are not multiple shipments for your order that the missing product may be coming in
  • If you have done the above, please contact us to make a claim of a missing shipment/product. All claims of missing shipments/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt or shipments delivery scan.

Damaged Shipments/Products

  • When your order arrives, carefully inspect both the package and product for potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment process. If shipment damage has occurred, please contact us immediately to make a damaged shipment/product claim. All claims of damaged shipments/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.
