This cover plate is used for remodeling a stairway from wood balusters to iron balusters when the footprint of the removed wood baluster on the plate of a kneewall stairway cannot be covered up by the rectangular socket in the IronPro Kneewall Kit.

This accessory is installed between the stairway kneewall plate and the rectangular socket.
